NEW PROGRAM LAUNCH
When Merrill Gardens rolled out their new Active Living program, a DVD, brochure, print advertising and a poster were produced. The DVD was used to educate staff and current or prospective residents about the new program. The label and case wrap are shown above.

EVENT PROMOTION
Merrill Gardens provides various complimentary events to educate and enhance the quality of life for residents, as well as to bring in prospects to learn about the Merrill Gardens lifestyle and tour the community. Shown here is a post card which serves as a direct mail invitation to a Mother's Day brunch. Typically, newspaper advertising is also incorporated in the marketing plan.

AGRI-TAINMENT: PROMOTING A FAMILY FARM
When this small family farm was purchased in 2001, it was re-branded as a place to bring the kids and have fun berry picking, petting the farm animals and picnicking with the family, while maintaining the reputation of providing several varieties of quality blueberries. A new logo was designed along with a variety of collateral.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
New building construction for Merrill Gardens communities includes several promotional items: signs for the construction site and ground-breaking ceremony, billboard and print advertising, a folder containing floor plans, rates and brochures, and direct mail post cards and novelty give-away items for the grand opening event.
